This position in his/her capacity will support the Manager- Awards in the areas of awards management, ensure donor compliance, timely preparation and review of donor report. S/he will ensure quality services to clients, such as program point person/ budget holders and other relevant personnel, also make them understand the award agreement, budget and key deliverables. His/her responsibilities include, conduct award kick off meeting, close out meeting, prepare / review donor reporting, maintain Award related documentation, as well as preparation of the agreement Synopsys as and when required.

Qualifications and experience
- Master’s Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration,
- At least 4 years’ experience in finance/grants in national or international organization.
- Sound understanding on award management cycle, financial systems and procedures,
- Proven track record of budgeting and budget management
- Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English
- Ability to analyze complex financial data, excellent proficiency in Accounting software, MS Office, especially in Excel.
