Eligibility & Terms
- Age limit: 18 to 32 years as of 01 July 2026 for all posts. No age relaxation via affidavit is accepted.
- Candidates who already applied for the same post under the original 2021 CGA circulars should not reapply.
- Government, semi-government and autonomous body employees must apply through proper channel with permission from their appointing authority; a No Objection Certificate (NOC) must be submitted at the time of viva.
- For the Computer Operator and Data Entry Control Operator posts, the “সরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের কম্পিউটার পার্সোনেল নিয়োগ বিধিমালা, ২০১৯” applies alongside the general CGA recruitment rules.
- No TA/DA will be provided for the written or oral examination.
- Original documents must be shown at the viva along with a certified photocopy, the completed Application Form, and — for district quota — a citizenship certificate from the relevant Union Parishad/Paurashava/City Corporation authority.
- The authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel any part of the notice.
How to Apply for CGA Job Circular 2026
- Go to cga.teletalk.com.bd and open the Application Form for your chosen post.
- Fill in the online application form completely and accurately — all information filled here will be used at every later stage, so double-check it before submitting.
- Upload your photo (300×300 pixels, maximum 100 KB) and signature (300×80 pixels, maximum 60 KB), scanned as instructed.
- Review the Application Preview carefully, then click Submit.
- On successful submission you’ll receive a User ID, your photo and signature on an Applicant’s Copy — download and keep the PDF copy safely.
- Pay the examination fee by SMS (format below) within 72 hours of submission — applications are not accepted as complete until the fee is paid.
- Print your completed Application Form/Applicant’s Copy and keep one copy for the viva.

Documents Required at Viva
- Original and one certified photocopy of all educational qualification certificates (with experience certificate, where applicable — e.g. Driver post).
- Citizenship certificate from your Union Parishad Chairman/Paurashava Mayor/City Corporation Ward Councillor/Cantonment Board Executive Officer.
- For quota claims: attested copy of the relevant certificate as per the latest government policy.
- Character certificate from Union Parishad Administrator/Chairman, Paurashava Mayor, or a first-class Gazetted Officer.
- Attested copy of National ID card/Birth certificate (where applicable).
- Printed copy of your Online Application (Applicant’s Copy).
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) from your employer, if you are already in government/semi-government/autonomous service.
