Job Responsibility:
The incumbent will be responsible for project budget, expenditure, documentation of financial transaction, financial control in line with donor and audit compliance, financial reporting, personnel management of the project staffs, logistic and administrative services for managing the project at HQs and field office level.
Educational Qualification :
Must have a Master degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA major in Finance or Master degree in Social Science. Candidates who have completed CA/ACCA course will be given preference.
Additional Requirements :
- Age preferably below 45 years.
- Coordination and communication skills with implementing partners, vendors and various stakeholders.
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
- Possess high level of integrity and excellent operating skills in MS Office application suite and relevant accounting software; skills in interpersonal relationship, and working in team approach.
- Possess very good skills in preparing financial report, grants management, financial control and monitoring, and compliances. Excellent documentation, communication, report writing and presentation skills. Skills in private sector engagement in public hea
- Preferably 5 years’ relevant experience especially donor funded program (e.g USAID) or agency will be given preference; working experience in grants and compliance frame will be an added value.
