Frequently Asked Questions (Help Center)

Find quick answers to common questions about registration and voting.

Can I register or vote without an NID?
No. You must have a National ID (NID) to verify that you are included in the voter list. A passport alone is not sufficient for the main voter verification.
Why do I need to perform a “Liveness Check”?
The Liveness Check (taking a selfie/video) ensures that the person registering is a real human and matches the NID photo. Ensure your face is clearly visible, well-lit, and not covered by masks or sunglasses.
What should I do if the OTP doesn’t arrive?
1. Check if your number is entered correctly with the country code.
2. Wait for the timer to finish and click “Resend OTP”.
3. Ensure your phone has network coverage.
Why is the app not opening?
Please ensure:
1. You are NOT using a VPN.
2. Your Location (GPS) is turned ON.
3. You have the latest version of the app installed.
