Job Responsibilities
- Ensure communication with potential customers to achieve business target and create opportunities to maximize Bank’s earnings.
- Ensure existing customers’ satisfaction and search for new customers over the phone calls and social media.
- Provide proper information to the customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and provide necessary solutions.
