The job role exists to Manage the life cycle of the assigned set of Large Accounts by developing retention and growth strategies, planning and implementing activities in alignment with the strategies, developing relationships across hierarchies, positioning Grameenphone as the trusted advisor for Mobility and ICT services and accomplish assigned revenue targets in those accounts using a combination of products and services from the “Enterprise Business product portfolio”.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of assigned portfolio’s (Large Accounts) specific revenue targets
  • Ensure sustainable business growth
  • Increased GP share in the Wallet shared Accounts
  • Increased ICT Penetration
  • Establish Superior Relation with the Top Tier (both customer and GP) via upstream engagement
  • Become the Product & Solution Champion for the assigned set of accounts
  • Campaign and Customer Engagement Activities for the assigned set of accounts.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate in CSE/EEE from a UGC approved reputed university
  • MBA will be preferred
  • At least 4 years’ experience and proven track record in any reputed organization.
  • Successful track record in consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Solution centric mind-set with understanding on diversified enterprise ICT initiatives and reasonable understanding of technical knowhow.
  • Diversified valuable business relationship network in Bangladeshi high business society.

  • Ability to handle stress and have the mind-set to “Go and extra mile”
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skill
  • Self-motivated, result driven and having passion for winning
