Job Description / Responsibility

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill and IT fluency.
  • Creative talents and proven Problem solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the commodity industry and its current events.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skill, advance negotiation skill.
  • Thorough Knowledge of tender documentation.
  • Must have the experience to work in International Trading business processes.
  • Experience to participate in the national & international tender.
  • Experience to work with govt. will get more preference.
  • Team development and ensure continuous improvement in productivity.
  • Achieve sales targets by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plans and performance monitoring of the sales team.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 9 year(s).
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Business development, Corporate Marketing, Industrial commodity experience, Key Account Management, Tender bidding, Tender Preparation
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • International commodity Trading, commodity product knowledge, banking system, import export of commodity knowledge, LC knowledge, Shipping and logistics knowledge

Additional Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager in commodity market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in deal with high-level negotiations.
  • Experience in customer support.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
