Job Purpose: Manage and support Robi and AT Postpaid Acquisition, Voice & Data Products and create solutions for HVC/ MyFamily. Ensure market wise appropriate pricing for different segments in line with the company’s long-term business goals and ensure P&L for the portfolio.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support to Product and product eco-system development (end to end, including but not limited to CSS, Customers Research, Business Analytics)
  • Help to build, manage, and market Postpaid Voice, Data & Acquisition Strategy
  • Help to prepare and manage HVC and Family acquisition products; including but not limited to regular or alternate channel, third party partnership/collaboration and churn management etc.
  • Identify and target new consumer segments wherein lies incremental business opportunities for Robi


  • Support to plan, formulate & enable mass market voice & data product strategy with Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly roadmap to drive voice and data revenue of Postpaid/ HVC/ family segments to meet incremental revenue & RMS
  • Help to build pricing of voice and data products to meet mass market overall Postpaid/ HVC/ family segments revenue and profitability goals; deliver monthly revenue forecast to achieve BP targets.
  • Calculate budget for Postpaid/ HVC/ family segments product campaigns execution while ensuring the right products assumption in the business case to ensure success in the market.
  • Composing for voice and data products concept generation activity, value proposition, tech & regulatory feasibility check, and ensure end to end product life cycle
  • Help to prepare proper communication plan in line with Brand and Market communication team for proper market awareness and business return
  • Enable customer ease of access to products and services through multiple platform but not limited to existing USSD, MyRobi App, Website, EL Recharge etc.
  • Ensure regular promotion of available products and services through internal SMS platform (DND Portal); containing product availing method, right products at the right place where applicable
  • Maintain the sales channel (through WIC and DH) for proper distribution of the product and services; engage sales force and train them for better customer awareness and promotion
  • Own the Prepaid to Postpaid/ HVC/ family segments and Postpaid to Prepaid Migration process, maintain proper balance between both and ensure company P&L
  • Help to ensure Postpaid/ HVC/ family segments SIM stock at the warehouse and proper distribution of SIM nationally as per yearly/quarterly/monthly strategic planning
  • Co-own lifecycle and P&L of the products under the Postpaid/ HVC/ family segments (from acquisition to Voice usage, data usage and both usage) and ensure the BP targets in Revenue, ARPU, MOU, APPM, RGB, New Activation, APPD, Data Usage/Sub etc
  • Help to drive effective value propositions for the entire Postpaid/ HVC/ family segments/ HVC/ family segments Product portfolio (Data, Voice and Acquisition) to maximize consumer lifetime value
  • Support to ensure bill cycle and customer regular payment activities, initiate campaigns in line with credit control team to get bad debt stay under MC instructed level
  • Support to corroboration responsibility for Postpaid/ HVC/ family segments products and campaigns, including but not limited to in-depth analytics, insights analysis, product/campaign design, pricing, promotion, channel activities, customer loyalty and retention.
  • Co-own and drive business critical projects and initiatives throughout all levels of business with future focus to align with vision of growing revenues sustainably – building sustainable partnerships throughout the eco-system; such as launching on demand and strategic regional voice/data drives, acquisition BP campaign to get required mileage of incremental Postpaid/ HVC/ family segments revenue and acquisition from critical business areas
  • Conduct and/or participate in Products Testing (UAT) team which includes RAFM, Technology and Customer
  • Ensure regulatory approval of all products and services under mass Postpaid/ HVC/ family segments and compliance (regulatory, finance and PSLM process) before any campaign launch
  • Foreseeing customer complaints (related to Postpaid/ HVC/ family segments offerings) over regular basis as per demand and solve the problems keeping customers delighted; ensure proper closure of the SR within set lead time


  • Financial Impact: BDT 2 Bn yearly revenue; Direct context of Postpaid/ HVC/ family segments.

  • Experiences: At least 01 year of experiences in the relevant field
  • Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree from a reputed university. An MBA is preferred, but not essential.
