ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Order Preparation: Prepare orders by pulling required materials, performing light assembly tasks, packing boxes/pallets, and transferring orders to designated staging/shipping areas utilizing a computer-based Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Packaging Operations: Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, and repacking activities to ensure the secure and efficient handling of merchandise.
- Storage and Stacking: Efficiently stack and store merchandise in designated areas, maintaining proper organization to facilitate easy retrieval and movement.
- Outbound Shipment: Prepare and stage skids for outbound shipments, coordinating with various carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load products onto outbound trucks and trailers, and if necessary, unload inbound shipments and transfer products to storage locations.
- Cleanup and Maintenance: Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in the work environment, adhering to the FIDELITONE Standardized 5S Program.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisory staff to support warehouse operations effectively.
